TeenPact University
Hey Cyberspace,
This week, I will be attending TeenPact University in Georgia. This camp is centered around preparing teens for the struggles that they will face before and during college. There are two branches of TPU: North, held at Patrick Henry College, and South, held in Carmel, Georgia.
I will be attending South because that is where Representative Tom Riner from Kentucky will be teaching a special Ivy League Track on one of the days for those, like myself, who are interested in attending an Ivy League School. In a way, this is the time that summer starts for me, because I’ve been busy with research for this very camp up until yesterday.
As a result of this, I probably won’t be in the blogosphere until this time next week. You certainly won’t see any full-length articles. Of course, there’s always a chance that I will get ahold of a PC in an airport or somewhere else and be able to comment.
But don’t stop visiting my site! There are quite a few recent articles that no one has been commenting on. It would be great to return home and find a comment war in full swing!
Hope you have a great summer, and thanks for being part of my blogpal group (that goes for you too, Anonymous S!)!
In Him,
David S. MacMillan III

Hey, you wouldn’t happen to be going to the Clan MacMillan gathering in August? (at London, Ontario, Canada)

lol….I think that’s as likely as me going to the Clan Gathering of the Oliphants in Scotland.
To the Utmost! (Oliphant motto)

No, I don’t think that I will be going to the August MacMillan gathering, Alex.
Allison, I’m currently posting from Atlanta. It’s 6:30 AM at the airport; my friend and I have been here for almost 24 hours trying to get a flight to Detroit (that’s the way we were routed by NorthWest Airlines). More on that later.
P.S. Don’t use Holiday Inn North. Their restaraunt is incredibly expensive, they have outdoor access to rooms, and they don’t serve any complimentary breakfast. Also, don’t fly NorthWest. They don’t know their left foot from their right and all they serve is complimentary soda. No peanuts or pretzels. . . .

Hi David,
It’s fun to see another D3’s Blog. Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you. I go by D3 also, but I’m not the III… so I’m not as cool as you there.
I think it’s great we’re both Xians and have written about it on our blogs. Continue walking the way of the redeemed!

p.s.: Living in atlanta is like living in one big traffic jam. Also about the airport thing- Atlanta airport is def. nothing great, and I sat on a run way for 2hrs. once trying to get to Boston.

Well, allison, I had no problem with traffic in Atlanta…of course, I was on the Marta during the busiest times (like the 4th of July, lol!).
BTW, have you ever heard of Blood n’ Fire Ministries?

No I haven’t. Rush hour traffic is the worse, especially on 285.
